Easy Shrimp Ceviche by Guest Chef @JessieRoyallyBites

You can have your spice and eat it too🔥🤤🦐! We absolutely loved how @jessieroyallybites poured her passion for drama along with our Traditional Vegan Nuoc Cham into this fiery shrimp ceviche.

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1/2 of chopped onions ⠀
  • 1/4 of jalapeño pepper ⠀
  • 1 tomato ⠀
  • 8 Oz of shrimp ( double recipe for a full pound) 
  • Juice from a whole lemon about 1/4 of a cup ⠀
  • @drdaneskitchen Vegan Traditional Dipping Sauce ⠀
  • Salt/pepper ⠀
INSTRUCTIONS
  • I did an initial 30 second dip in salted hot water with my shrimp before I chopped them, you can opt not to do this! 
  • Follow the video and after mixing all ingredients together, cover it right with cling film and have it sit in fridge for about 2 hours. 
  • Take it out and add half and avocado and serve!
