Stir-Fry Shrimp & Broccoli

How to Make Stir-Fry Shrimp & Broccoli

This recipe yields 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce

Total Time: 20 min

  • Prep: 10 min
  • Cook: 10 min

Vegetable Prep:

  • Chop 1 White Onion 
  • Chop Broccoli, separating the stalk

Instructions: 

  • Sear shrimp, preferably on hot griddle  
  • Add 2 TBS Vegetable Oil and Minced Garlic to a preheated wok
  • Add broccoli stalk, stir fry and toss for 2 min or until tender
  • Add broccoli florets, stir and toss
  • Cover for 2 minutes to steam through
  • Add onions, stir and toss
  • Add cooked shrimp, stir and toss 
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and fish sauce 
  • Continue to stir and toss, then cover with lid for 1 minute
  • Serve with love!
